Returns FAQs
You can return items purchased on the AllSaints website up to 28 days after purchase.
ONLINE ORDER
You can register a return by using the AllSaints returns portal at the bottom of the website, using your order number and email address.
- Simply select the item(s) you want to return, generate your return label and follow the instructions to send your parcel back
- Once your return is registered, you’ll receive updates by email so you can track the progress of your return
- All online returns to our distribution centres are refund only
- In case of exchange you will need to place a new order for the item you are looking for
You can return or exchange items ordered on our UK and US websites only, to an AllSaints store (excluding outlets and concessions).
STORE PURCHASE
You can return or exchange items purchased in an AllSaints store up to 28 days after purchase.
- Simply bring your unworn items back to a store trading in the same currency as the original purchase (excluding outlets and concessions) and communicate the order details, so they can help you with your return
- For a refund, you will be refunded back to your original form of payment
- For an exchange, you can select another item in store

Purchases made at our Outlet stores can be returned to the Outlet store only for a gift card refund or exchange.
Purchases made in department store concessions need to be returned or exchanged according to the department store's own policy and cannot be returned to AllSaints stores.
AllSaints offers free returns on online orders, with a 28-day return window from the date you receive your items. Returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method once your return has been processed.
Once your return has been sent back to our distribution centre, it will be processed after it arrives at the returns facility. You’ll receive email updates throughout the process, and refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is approved.
Processing times can vary depending on volume, so it’s worth allowing a few business days after the return is received.
