Steve steers the content ship – shaping tone of voice, narrative direction and the overall creative heartbeat of the team. As well as leading our team, he’s a father of three (four, if you count Judy the pug), balancing family life with an unapologetic love of The Real Housewives and an annual devotion to Glastonbury. Steve has a knack for elevating every idea – and keeping us inspired and motivated while he's at it.

Who would headline your dream Sessions at AllSaints? “Madonna.”

When she’s not leading the charge within the design team, she can be found at the local farm with her two-year-old son or walking in the woods with her cavapoo. Her happy place is Ibiza and if anywhere is playing 80s/90s dance tunes, she’s the first on the dancefloor.

The AllSaints piece you can’t live without? “My Lorel Shearling Flying Jacket, I’ve had it for a few years now and it’s my winter staple. I can throw it on over any outfit and it instantly makes me feel more elevated.”
