Measure around the very bottom edge of the garment.

Measure the longest part of your arm.
Shoulder Width
Measure straight across the width of the back, from one shoulder point to the other.
Length
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the hemline.
Sleeve Opening
Measure around the opening at the bottom of the sleeve.
