You can track your AllSaints order using the delivery tracking page at the bottom of the website once your order has been dispatched.

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number, which you can use to check the latest status of your delivery.

Tracking updates may take up to 24-48 hours to appear after dispatch, so if your link isn’t active straight away, please allow a little time for it to update.

If your tracking link isn’t showing updates, it may not have activated yet. Tracking information can take up to 24-48 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.

If it’s been longer than this, check your dispatch email for the correct tracking number or try accessing the courier’s website directly. If you’re still having issues, customer support can help.

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, first check with neighbours, your designated safe place or any delivery instructions you may have set. In some cases, parcels may also be left at a nearby pickup location.

If you still can’t locate your order, contact AllSaints customer support so they can investigate with the courier and help resolve the issue.
