Sessions at AllSaints Instagram Giveaway Terms and Conditions




1. The Sessions at AllSaints event on 9 July 2025 giveaway competition (the "Giveaway") is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over. Entrants under 18 should obtain permission in advance from their parent or guardian.


2. Employees of AllSaints, its group companies or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Giveaway may not enter the Giveaway.


3. Entrants into the Giveaway shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.


4. To enter the Giveaway you must:


a. Follow @allsaints on Instagram;

b. Have your Instagram set to public;

c. Comment on the post answering the question in the caption of the AllSaints post;

d. Be a resident of the UK; and

e. Be able to attend the Sessions at AllSaints event on 9 July 2025 at OMEARA, London (“Venue”).

6. One entry per person per Giveaway. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.


7. AllSaints accepts no responsibility for entries that are delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason or for notifications of wins which are not noticed (including due to them being directed to spam folders). By entering this Giveaway, you warrant that all information provided by you is correct and not obscene or offensive or otherwise in breach of a third party’s rights.


8. The Giveaway will open on 3 July 2025 at 6:00pm BST and closes on 4 July 2025 at 14:59pm BST. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.


9. Two winners will be selected in total from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process on or around 7 July 2025.


10. Two winners will each receive entry for two at the Sessions at AllSaints event on 9 July 2025 (the “Event”).


11. Each winner will be notified by a direct Instagram message on the same day as the draw. Each winner respond to this within 5 hours by replying to AllSaints’ direct Instagram message and communicate their acceptance to the prize and attendance at the Event. If a winner does not respond to AllSaints within 5 hours of being notified by AllSaints, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and AllSaints shall be entitled to withdraw the prize altogether or select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 5 hours or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and AllSaints shall be entitled to withdraw the prize altogether or select another winner.


12. AllSaints will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner and that winner may be asked to confirm their identity with appropriate documentation.


13. AllSaints makes no warranties, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Giveaway.


14. AllSaints accepts no responsibility for deliveries that are delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical reason, mishandling, incorrect address details, courier delivery failure or for any other reason whatsoever.


15. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. No receipt will be issued for any pieces selected.


16. Each winner’s surname and county/city will be made available. Each winner will have the right to object to this information being published or to request a reduction in the amount of information being published. AllSaints may be required to provide this information to the relevant regulatory authorities.


17. AllSaints may contact entrants or the winners to obtain their consent for AllSaints and its related companies to use their voice, image, photograph, Instagram handle and/or name for publicity purposes. Any consent given by entrants or the winners shall be without additional compensation. You retain the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Please see our privacy policy for more information.


18. AllSaints shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen here or on the website www.allsaints.com, and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, i.e. the UK GDPR and US CCPA. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information for marketing and promotional purposes, in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry, for the purposes outlined in our privacy policy and for the purposes outlined in paragraph 18 above. If you do not give your consent to the use of your personal information in the manner set out in these Terms and Conditions and AllSaints’ privacy policy, then please do not enter the Prize Draw.


19. AllSaints accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Giveaway or accepting the prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of AllSaints for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.


20. AllSaints reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Giveaway with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of AllSaints in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.


21. AllSaints shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.


22. Gift cards provided are subject to gift card terms which can be found at Clause 13 (Gift Cards) in the Terms and Conditions for UK.


23. The Giveaway will be governed by English law and entrants to the Giveaway submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
