Instagram Ticket Prize Draw: Win Tickets to see Myles Smith perform at Sessions at AllSaints Terms & Conditions
1. The Instagram prize draw (the "Prize Draw") is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over. Entrants under 18 should obtain permission in advance from their parent or guardian.
2. Employees of AllSaints, its group companies or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.
3. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

6. One entry per person per prize draw. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. The Prize Draw is void where prohibited by law.
7. AllSaints accepts no responsibility for entries that are delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason or for notifications of wins which are not noticed (including due to them being directed to spam folders). By entering this Prize Draw, you warrant that all information provided by you is correct and not obscene or offensive or otherwise in breach of a third party’s rights.
8. The Prize Draw will open on 15 July 2024 at 6pm BST and close on 18 July 2024 at 6pm BST. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
9. Twenty five (25) winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process on or after 18 July 2024 at 6pm BST.
10. The winners will receive two wristbands (one for the winner and one for their guest) allowing entry to the Myles Smith’s performance for Sessions at AllSaints.
11. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram on 18 July 2024 and will have two days to respond with their acceptance. Once notice of acceptance has been correctly received arrangements will be made to inform the winner of the location and time of the event, to add the winners’ names to the guest list and to handover the entry wristbands referred to in para 10 above.
12. In the event that a winner:
AllSaints reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner in accordance with the process described above or otherwise withdraw the prize. Any alternative winners will also be bound by the timeframes set out in paragraph 11 above.
13. AllSaints will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner and that winner may be asked to confirm their identity with appropriate documentation.
14. AllSaints makes no warranties, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Prize Draw.
15. AllSaints accepts no responsibility for deliveries that are delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical reason, mishandling, incorrect address details, courier delivery failure or for any other reason whatsoever.
16. The name of the winner can be obtained after 1 August 2024 at 6am BST by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to the following address: AllSaints Customer Experience Team, Units C15-C17 Jacks Place, 6 Corbet Place, London, E1 6NN. If you are a winner, you consent to us sharing your name with any person who makes an enquiry under this paragraph 16.
17. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. No receipt will be issued for any pieces selected.

Each winner consents to the use by AllSaints and its related companies, both before and after the closing date of the Prize Draw for an unlimited time, of the winner's entry, voice, image, photograph, Instagram handle and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by AllSaints and its related companies) and in publishing winners, sending winners details to individuals requesting the same (as per paragraph 16 above), advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Prize Draw, all entrants consent to the same.
19. AllSaints shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be seen here or on the website www.allsaints.com, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information for marketing and promotional purposes, in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry, for the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy and for the purposes outlined in paragraph 17 above. If you do not give your consent to the use of your personal information in the manner set out in these Terms and Conditions and AllSaints’ Privacy Policy, then please do not participate in the Prize Draw.
20. AllSaints accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of AllSaints for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
21. AllSaints reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of AllSaints in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. AllSaints shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
23. Gift Cards provided are subject to Gift Card terms which can be found at Clause 13 for UK and US Gift Cards.
24. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
