At AllSaints we believe
passionately that we have a
responsibility to make sure our
brand is a positive force in every
town and city in which we
operate. Our team members
know the communities they live
and work in better than anyone,
so we empowered them to decide
how our brand can best make a
difference on the ground all
around the world.

We are incredibly proud of the
work that they have done and
the commitment that they
have shown, and we thank our
customers for their support for
our ongoing efforts. PETER WOOD, CEO

OUR CHARITIES

Shelter logo

HOMELESSNESS

We continue to support our national partner Shelter in the fight against homelessness and fashion waste by regularly donating surplus stock and setting up in-store events around the UK for people to donate their old clothes - all profits from the events go to Shelter.

In October 2023, we worked with Shelter on an exclusive runway show, "a preloved affair", donating stock which would then be sold in several of Shelter's key locations nationally.

Since we started our partnership in September 2021 just over £310,000 has been raised or donated (as of January 2024). Find out more

Kaleidoscope Trust logo

LGBTIQA+

Established in 2011, Kaleidoscope Trust is a UK-based charity focused on fighting for the human rights of LGBTIQA+ people. Each year, we donate all profits from our Pride charity t-shirts to Kaleidoscope Trust - helping to change the lives of LGBTIQA+ people everywhere. Find out more

OUR PARTNER FACTORIES

We do not own the companies or factories that produce our goods, but we do recognise our responsibility towards everyone in our supply chain, especially the people working in those factories. We are committed to ensuring everyone is able to make our products freely and in good working conditions, without the use of modern slavery, human trafficking, child labour or inhumane treatment of workers in any part of our supply and production line.

Our products are sourced from approximately 55 reputable suppliers around the world - the majority of which have been working with us for over 10 years. All of our final production (tier 1) factories are regularly inspected by authorised third party organisations to ensure they are complying with industry standards, as well as our ethical sourcing policies.

It starts with our Code of Conduct, which is signed by every supplier in advance of us commencing production with them. This code is based on the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) Base Code, which is founded on the conventions of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and is an internationally recognised code of labour practice.

This is all done with the aim of having 100% of our tier 1 production sites compliant and holding a valid social audit at any given time.

Our ESG team reviews the reports from these inspections (aka “audits”) on a daily basis, working collaboratively with the suppliers to remediate or resolve issues that are found and drive continual improvement in the social welfare of the people who make our clothes, shoes and other products.
