We are happy to be partnering with Global-e, a third party service, to facilitate and fulfil international orders. Please see the table below for further details regarding delivery options and shipping timeframes by country. Please note that delivery may take longer during promotional periods.

For applicable countries, duties and taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. Depending on the country, you will have the option to either pay these fees in advance so that the courier will be able to deliver to you immediately, or pay them on arrival – please keep in mind you will be required to pay before delivery can be complete.

Taxes and duties will be included in the final price for the following countries: European Union, Mexico, Switzerland, Norway, Australia and New Zealand. Taxes and duties will be refunded if you return your purchase.

Duties will be included in the final price for Canada but sales tax will be the responsibility of the customer. Duties will be refunded if you return your purchase but sales tax will not. Please request a B3 form, invoice and any other required proof of payment from Global E to reclaim any sales tax from your local authorities.

Turkey: please note, due to current importation restrictions, orders cannot exceed 150 euros equivalent. If you would like to exceed the value, please create a separate order.

If you have completed an order under an incorrect address, you can request a cancellation or attempt to change the delivery address. However, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order as Global-e immediately processes confirmed orders.

You may be able to change your delivery address using DHL’s On Demand Delivery. Alternatively, if your carrier is DPD, you can change your address in Global-e’s admin portal. If the shipment can be cancelled, you'll receive an email confirmation, and any charges made will be reversed.

If the order ships, you’ll receive an email containing tracking information.

If you wish to return the items upon receipt, please click on the following link to generate a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and follow the instructions on Global-e’s returns portalreturns portal.

Please check the FAQ page for information on restricted delivery addresses. We’re unable to ship to Russia Ukraine, PO boxes and army bases.
