Standard Delivery – UK Including Channel Islands

  • All orders on a standard service are delivered by DPD.
  • VAT will not be charged on orders to Channel Islands, however our global selling price will remain the same.

  • Orders placed before 7pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered next business day.
  • Orders placed between 7pm Thursday and 2pm Saturday will be delivered Monday.
  • Orders placed after 2pm Saturday will be delivered Tuesday.

  • Saturday Delivery

  • Delivery between 8am and 5pm, excluding public holidays.
  • Order up till 2pm Friday for our Saturday delivery service.
  • Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be delivered the following Saturday, if you’ve selected a Saturday delivery slot.

  • Sunday Delivery

  • Delivery between 8am and 5pm, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed before 2pm on Saturday will be delivered on Sunday.
  • Orders placed after 2pm on Saturday will be delivered the following Sunday, if you’ve selected a Saturday delivery slot.

  • DPD Pickups

    DPD Pickup is our UK delivery service, allowing you to have your parcel delivered to your local DPD Pickup shop. Please note that this will be on a standard delivery service.


    Simply select DPD Pickup and choose a Pickup shop from the list available at checkout.


  • DPD will provide tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse and you’ll be notified by email & SMS when your parcel is ready – you'll have 7 days to collect.
  • Photo ID (such as a driving licence or passport) and a pick-up pass (such as the 2D code you receive from DPD or your utility bill) will be required upon collection.

  • There are over 2,500 DPD Pickup shops in the UK with many offering extended opening times. Locations include Halfords, Rowlands & Numark Pharmacy chains and Doddle sites at key railway stations.

    Delivery To BFPO And PO Box

    Please note we are unable to deliver to BFPO UK Military addresses.

    AllSaints does not ship to PO boxes.

    In order to offer a premium courier service DPD will ship all orders. Exclusions apply.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your order.


    DPD provides a 1 hour time slot for estimated arrival by SMS and email. You’ll be able to select other options for your convenience while your parcel is in transit.


    We recommend you use the Your DPD App to manage your delivery proactively by selecting delivery preferences.


    If you are not in at the time of delivery and have not provided specific instructions, your order will be:


  • delivered to a neighbour if possible;
  • redirected to a local DPD Pickup shop for collection.

  • Contact-free delivery is now standard for all UK deliveries and drivers will take a photo of the parcel as proof of delivery.

    Customers will not be asked to sign for their parcels.

    If you have not received your order or item(s), please check the tracking details provided in the dispatch email to locate your parcel.


    Deliveries To The Channel Islands

    We operate on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis. This means that any outstanding import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees or any other additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid on delivery of your order. UK VAT will not be charged on orders to Channel Islands, however our global selling price will remain the same.

    Store Sourced Items

    Store-sourced Items will be delivered separately within 3-5 business days. This may take longer during busy promotional periods. You will be advised if an item is coming from a store during the checkout process.


    Orders with multiple items may be dispatched from both our distribution centre and an AllSaints store. You will receive a separate dispatch confirmation email and tracking number for each shipment.


    Delivery from our distribution centre will be under the service you selected – for store-sourced items, Standard Delivery will be used.


    Fragrances

    We are unable to deliver orders containing AllSaints fragrance by air transportation. Only UK mainland addresses can checkout successfully, so this excludes Northern Ireland and Channel Islands. You will be restricted at the checkout if you enter an overseas address.
