Runway Show Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. The Runway Show prize draw (the “Giveaway”) is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over who are not already subscribed to AllSaints marketing communications at the start of the Prize Draw Period (defined below).
2. Employees of AllSaints, its group companies or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.
3. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions
4. The Prize Draw opens at 06:30 BST on 4 September 2025 and closes at 23:59 BST on 11 September 2025 (the “Prize Draw Period”). Entries received outside the Prize Draw Period will not be considered.

6. One entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
7. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize Draw is not open to individuals who are already subscribed to AllSaints marketing communications before the Prize Draw Period begins.
8. Five (5) winners will be selected by random number generated on or around 12 September 2025 from all valid entries received.
9. Each winner will be notified via the email address provided in the entry that they have won (the “Notification”) on or around 12 September 2025 (the “Notification Date”) and each winner must respond to this Notification to accept the Prize (defined below) within 48 hours of receipt of the Notification. If a winner does not respond to AllSaints within 48 hours, a winner rejects their Prize or the winner’s entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's Prize will be forfeited and AllSaints shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
10. Each winner will receive a “Prize”, consisting of two (2) VIP tickets to AllSaints’ Runway Show on 18 September 2025 for the winner and a guest, including complimentary drinks, canapés, and a goodie bag. Accommodation and travel to/from the Runway Show is not included, and they shall be the winners and their guests’ sole responsibility. All guests must be aged 18 years or over.
11. Each winner may be asked to confirm their and their guest’s identity and age in order to administer the Prize Draw and provide the winner with the Prize. Each winner agrees to comply with any request as soon as possible.
12. AllSaints makes no warranties, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Prize Draw.
13. AllSaints accepts no responsibility for deliveries that are delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical reason, mishandling, incorrect address details, courier delivery failure or for any other reason whatsoever.
14. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
15. Each winner’s surname and county/city may be made available. Each winner will have the right to object to this information being published or to request a reduction in the amount of information being published. AllSaints may be required to provide this information to the relevant regulatory authorities.
16. AllSaints may contact entrants or the winners to obtain their consent for AllSaints and its related companies to use their voice, image, photograph, Instagram handle and/or name for publicity purposes. Any consent given by entrants or the winners shall be without additional compensation. You retain the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Please see our privacy policy for more information.
17. AllSaints shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen here or on the website www.allsaints.com, and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, i.e. the UK GDPR and US CCPA. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information for marketing and promotional purposes, in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry, for the purposes outlined in our privacy policy and for the purposes outlined in paragraph 16 above. If you do not give your consent to the use of your personal information in the manner set out in these Terms and Conditions and AllSaints’ privacy policy, then please do not enter the Prize Draw.
18. AllSaints accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the Prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of AllSaints for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
19. AllSaints reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of AllSaints in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. AllSaints shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
21. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
