20% off when you donate £5 via Pogo (“Discount”) Terms and Conditions
1. This offer entitles customers in the United Kingdom to 20% off on the AllSaints website and app when they donate £5 to Not For Sale via Pogo.
2. The Discount is valid only on full priced items at www.allsaints.com and on the AllSaints app.
3. This Discount cannot be used in AllSaints stores, outlet stores, franchise stores, or department store concessions.
4. To redeem the unique promo code for the Discount, click the link in the email sent to you by AllSaints and that will take you to the Pogo website where you can donate £5. Once your donation has been made, your unique promo code will appear on the screen and sent to you by email from Pogo. To redeem the Discount, add the item(s) that you would like to purchase to your basket. Type in or copy and paste the unique promo code sent to you into the promo code section in your basket.
5. You may make a purchase using the Discount between 15 May 2025 at 5:30am BST and 18 May 2025 23:59pm BST (“Validity Period”).
6. The Discount can only be redeemed once per eligible customer during the Validity Period. The Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, voucher, promotion or staff offers. The Discount may not be used in respect of delivery charges, gift cards, outlet, fragrance, rental items and sale items. This Discount cannot be applied to previous purchases.
7. The Discount is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be given.
8. The Discount may not be sold (including without limitation on any auction site) whether for profit or otherwise, or reproduced on any website. Such activity will render the Discount void.
9. Refunds will be issued based on the discounted price paid on the item(s).
10. AllSaints reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Discount and these Terms and Conditions in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control or if it considers necessary to do so at AllSaints’ absolute discretion.
11. AllSaints reserves the right to refuse the Discount in its absolute discretion.
12. All other AllSaints terms and conditions apply. Your statutory rights as a customer are not affected.
a. does not respond or provide the requested information within the timeframes set out above;
b. rejects their prize; or
c. has their entry found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise declared invalid by AllSaints, acting in its absolute discretion,
AllSaints reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner in accordance with the process described above or otherwise withdraw the prize. Any alternative winners will also be bound by the timeframes set out in paragraph 11 above.
