Instagram Wedding Competition: Win an AllSaints wedding outfit and photoshoot on your wedding day
Terms and Conditions

1. The Instagram Wedding Competition (the "Wedding Competition") is open to residents of the United Kingdom or the United States aged 18 and over. Entrants under 18 should obtain permission in advance from their parent or guardian.

2. Employees of AllSaints, its group companies or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Wedding Competition may not enter the Wedding Competition.

3. Entrants into the Wedding Competition shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

4. To enter the Wedding Competition you must post on Instagram from a public account onto your personal feed an image or a video tagging @allsaints with the hashtag #[*IDoAllSaints] explaining your love story as a couple, why you want to win this prize and your wedding details (venue / party size / wedding date) before the closing date.

5. All entrants must be getting married between April 2023 - June 2023.

7. One entry per couple. Entries on behalf of another couple will not be accepted. The Wedding Competition is void where prohibited by law.

8. AllSaints accepts no responsibility for entries that are delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason or for notifications of wins which are not noticed (including due to them being directed to spam folders). By entering this Wedding Competition, you warrant that all information provided by you is correct and not obscene or offensive or otherwise in breach of a third party’s rights.

9. The Wedding Competition will open on 27th March 2023 at 6pm BST and close on 28th April 2023 at 12pm BST. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.

10. Three winners (three couples) will be chosen based on the creativity of the posts received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions as judged by AllSaints in its sole discretion. The posts will be judged and decided on or after 3rd May 2023 at 12pm BST.

11. The three winners will receive an AllSaints outfit of their choice with a value of up to £1000 / $1000 each, depending on whether they are a UK winner or a US winner respectively. This will include a personalised leather jacket (inclusive of the £1000 / $1000 spend). A wedding party of a maximum of 10 people can receive an AllSaints outfit each to be worn at the wedding, provided they sign consent forms for the photoshoot as per the instructions set out in paragraph 12. These outfits will have a value of £1000 / $1000 per person. The winners will win the opportunity for AllSaints to hire a photographer / videographer at their wedding.

12. The winner will be notified by Instagram Direct Message within the next 24 hours after the winner has been chosen and will have one week to respond with their email address. Following this, the winner will have one week to respond to the first email with their (and their wedding party’s) outfit choices, sizes, delivery addresses, their consent to use their wedding content and their wedding party’s consent to use images and videos of them.

13. In the event that a winner:

AllSaints reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner in accordance with the process described above or otherwise withdraw the prize. Any alternative winners will also be bound by the timeframes set out in paragraph 12 above.

14. AllSaints will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner and that winner may be asked to confirm their identity with appropriate documentation.

15. AllSaints makes no warranties, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Wedding Competition.

16. AllSaints accepts no responsibility for deliveries that are delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical reason, mishandling, incorrect address details, courier delivery failure or for any other reason whatsoever.

17. The name of the winner can be obtained after 10th May 2023 by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to the following address: AllSaints Customer Experience Team, Units C15-C17 Jacks Place, 6 Corbet Place, London, E1 6NN. If you are a winner, you consent to us sharing your name with any person who makes an enquiry under this paragraph 15.

18. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. No receipt will be issued for any pieces selected.

19. Each winner consents to the use by AllSaints and its related companies, both before and after the closing date of the Wedding Competition for an unlimited time, of the winner's entry, voice, image, photograph, Instagram handle and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by AllSaints and its related companies) and in publishing winners, sending winners details to individuals requesting the same (as per paragraph 17 above), advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Wedding Competition, all entrants consent to the same.

20. AllSaints shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be seen here or on the website www.allsaints.com and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Wedding Competition, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information for marketing and promotional purposes, in order to process and contact you about your Wedding Competition entry, for the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy and for the purposes outlined in paragraph 19 above. If you do not give your consent to the use of your personal information in the manner set out in these Terms and Conditions and AllSaints’ privacy policy, then please do not enter the Wedding Competition.

21. AllSaints accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Wedding Competition or accepting the prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of AllSaints for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

22. AllSaints reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Wedding Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of AllSaints in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

23. AllSaints shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

24. The Wedding Competition will be governed by English law and entrants to the Wedding Competition submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
