AllSaints 25th Anniversary T-Shirt Design - Competition - Terms and Conditions:

    Show us your creativity and submit your design for a t-shirt that celebrates 25 years of AllSaints. Your design should be original, well-executed and reflective of the AllSaints brand identity (“Brief”). Ten (10) winning designs that best fulfill the Brief will be chosen from all Competition entries globally. The winners will be selected in the following proportions:
    - UK: four (4) winners total;
    - USA: three (3) winners total; and
    - Asia: three (3) winners total.

    Each winner will receive the following prize items (“Prize”):

    - The opportunity for their design to be printed and sold as limited edition AllSaints T-shirts (up to 100 T-shirts to be printed), to be sold in selected AllSaints stores and potentially used in their local AllSaints stores as part of a community event;
    - The profits of their T-Shirt sales; and
    - A charitable donation from AllSaints that matches the profits of the winner’s T-Shirt sales to either a local community based charity or a national registered charity of the winner’s choice (such charity to be subject to the final approval of AllSaints).

    Please read the terms & conditions of these Official Rules before entering the AllSaints Retail Limited’s (“AllSaints”) 25th Anniversary T-Shirt Design - Competition (hereinafter the "Competition") to be conducted by All Saints Retail Limited (“AllSaints”) whose registered address is Jack's Place Units C15-C17, 6 Corbet Place, London, E1 6NN. By participating in the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all the eligibility requirements set out herein below.

    1. Competition Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”):

    Entrants into the Competition shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

    To enter the Competition upload your design to the Competition gallery portal directly onto between 24 July 2019 and the closing date of 26 August 2019. Entries will be accepted through the Competition gallery portal via one of the links below between 17 00 GMT on 24 July 2019 and 23 59 GMT on 26 August 2019. Entries received outside of this time period will not be considered. However, AllSaints reserves the right to extend the closing date in its sole discretion.

    The Competition is open to entrants aged 18 or over. Employees of AllSaints, its group companies or their family members, or anyone else connected with AllSaints may not enter the Competition.

    One entry is permitted per person. Joint submissions with another person are not permitted.

    All entries must be supplied digitally to the Competition gallery portal via the relevant link set out below. Uploads cannot exceed a file size of 20MB and will need to be in one of the following file formats:

    a) .jpg;
    b) .jpeg;
    c) .png;
    d) .tiff.

    Entrants will also be required to provide the name of the charity they wish to receive the charitable donation which forms part of the Prize.

    Entrants can incorporate anything that they feel fulfills the Brief into their design (subject to any qualifications set out below in these Terms and Conditions).

    Entries must be an original piece of work created by an individual for purposes of this Competition.

    AllSaints accepts no responsibility for entries that are delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason or for notifications of wins which are unnoticed (including due to them being directed to spam folders).

    Images of certain entries may be available on the sites listed below on the sites listed within these Terms and Conditions, including any version created for access via a mobile phone or other device and any associated websites, sub-domains, application or platforms that AllSaints currently provide or make available in the future, (collectively the “Websites”). For the avoidance of doubt, an entry selected to appear on AllSaints’ Websites and gallery will not mean that the entry is a winning entry for the purposes of the Competition. Images of certain entries may also become available on other media channels.

    Entries will be judged by AllSaints’ Creative Team (“Judges”) from the entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the winner will be offered the Prize. Entries will be judged on how well they fulfill the Brief. AllSaints’ Creative Team’s decision as to the Competition winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into on this matter. The selection will be performed after 26 August 2019.

    Given the subjective nature of the Competition, AllSaints does not warrant, undertake, represent or guarantee that any winner will be selected from the submitted entries or that any winner will have their entry included in any AllSaints advertising, Websites or Services.

    The winner will be notified by email on or before 2 September 2019 and must respond to this notification by email. If the winner does not respond to AllSaints within 48 hours of being notified by AllSaints, then AllSaints shall be entitled to withdraw the Prize altogether or select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 48 hours or else they will also forfeit their Prize). If a winner rejects their Prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and AllSaints shall be entitled to withdraw the Prize altogether or select another winner.

    AllSaints will make reasonable efforts to contact any winner and the winner may be asked to confirm their identity with appropriate documentation.

    AllSaints makes no warranties, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Competition.

    By entering the Competition, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Competition entry, for the purposes outlined in our privacy policy which can be found below and for the purposes outlined herein.

    The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for any other prizes. AllSaints accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of AllSaints for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

    AllSaints reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without notice for any reason whatsoever.

    The Competition will be governed by English law and entrants to the Competition submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

    3. How do I upload my design to the gallery?

    Depending on your country of residence, go to the applicable gallery URL above, click 'Upload an Image', and follow the steps to submit your design.

    5. How will my entry and any other details submitted by me be used?

    By submitting your entry you warrant and represent that you have the right to grant the licence described above. In particular, you promise that you have the permission to allow AllSaints and other users of the Services to use the entry. To the extent permitted by law, you also agree to waive your moral rights in relation to any entries submitted.

    Uploading your entry to the gallery may provide you with the ability to interact with social media services. These features may enable integration and/or access to your social media services, your profiles on those services or establish rules about how your personal information on those services will be used. You and the social media providers are in control of those issues, not AllSaints. Please read all policies and information on the applicable social media services to learn more about how they handle your information before using any such features. AllSaints are not responsible for any acts or omissions by any social media service provider or your use of features that come from their platform.

    The winner agrees to take part and co-operate in reasonable post-Competition events and publicity which AllSaints may require, such as attending local AllSaints events, and the use of their photographs, name and comments. No fee will be payable by AllSaints for such activities.

    6. What shouldn’t I submit as part of my entry?

    Please see below a non-exhaustive list of things which you shouldn’t incorporate into the design you submit for entry to the Competition.

    - Copyrighted/trademarked material: Please don’t incorporate content that infringes or might infringe the rights (e.g. copyright or trademarks) of a third party (such as content that contains any third party content like, trade marks, logos, insignia, photographs or artwork/graphics) into your design.
    - Abusive Imagery: Please don’t incorporate anything into your design that can be considered harmful, threatening or violent, harassing, abusive, offensive, hateful, inflammatory, discriminatory, profane or considered to be bullying.
    - Private and confidential material: Please don't post anything that would be considered confidential or private (like work details, credit card numbers, home addresses, any intimate images or images taken without the subject’s consent).
    - Graphic Content: Please don’t incorporate any obscene, indecent or sexually explicit or other content as part of your design.
    - Advertising: Please don’t advertise or promote third parties’ or your own goods or services as part of your design.
    - Links: Don't link to any media or executable files as part of your design.

    7. What happens if I have a complaint about an entry or want my entry removed?

    If you believe a Competition entry is inappropriate, offensive or is violating someone’s legal rights (for example, copyright or trademark infringement) then you can report the entry by sending an email to

    Please note that whilst AllSaints can remove an entry from: the gallery, the Websites, Services or any other website under AllSaints’ reasonable control, AllSaints is not able, nor is AllSaints responsible for, the removal of photos shared or posted by third parties on third party sites (including but not limited to social media sites) which are not under AllSaints’ control. If you wish to report a photo shared on a third party site, you should contact the third party or third party site directly.

    AllSaints will remove any content that may put AllSaints or our agents at legal risk, such as potentially libellous or defamatory comments, or entries submitted in potential breach of copyright or other third party rights. AllSaints or its agents reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to remove any photos or comments at any time without specifying the reason(s) for doing so or without entering into further correspondence.
