Internet Returns
We offer a full refund on all online purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold within 14 days, and offer an exchange on all garments returned within 28 days. Any items returned for refund after 14 days but still within 28 days will be issued with a gift card for the value of that garment.
Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt. However, please note that during busy periods such as seasonal sale and Christmas processing may take longer.
Please note that we can only exchange the same items for a different colour or size, if a different item is required a separate order will have to be made.
To return an item
In order to return an item, please log into your online account, select your orders and the order you wish to return. Please follow the instructions provided, stating in as much detail a possible the reason for the return, and obtain a customer returns reference number.
This reference number should be included within the parcel being returned. Please post your return back to us within the original packaging to the address provided online. Please use a secure and insured delivery service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery), as AllSaints cannot accept responsibility for items not received.
* For International customers where special delivery is not available please ensure all items for refund are returned via an insured carrier service with tracking as we cannot accept liability until the item is received.

Please note we do not accept hand delivery.
All refunds will be made to your credit or debit card, for postage refunds against faulty items, we shall contact you to arrange payment.
We will refund postage for any faulty items returned to us, however we cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty, we will also not refund any return postage charges unless the item(s) are confirmed as faulty.
All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Shoes must be returned in their orginal, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without boxes or in damaged boxes will not be accepted, and will be sent back to the customer.
For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges on underwear or earrings unless these products are of unsatisfactory quality. We are unable to accept returns of swimwear where the protective hygiene strip has been removed.
Items purchased online can be exchanged for items to the same value or more in any AllSaints standalone store provided it is accompanied by the original packing list within 28 days. Please note that items for refund and any faulty items must be returned to the address above. Items that have been exchanged in store are then under the return policy of that store and can not be returned for a refund.

This applies to items purchased from an AllSaints store only
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
Where possible we will exchange or issue a credit note, for use within 6 months; for any items not used (including sale items) within 28 days of their purchase. We are unable to refund monies where an item is merely not wanted.
If any item purchased is not of a satisfactory quality please return the item with the receipt where possible to an AllSaints standalone store where a refund will be issued if appropriate.
PLEASE NOTE INSTORE EXCHANGES ARE CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE IN DUBLIN, PARIS, BERLIN OR ANTWERP STORES
We regret that concessions are unable to offer a refund on items that are not of satisfactory quality that have been purchased in an AllSaints standalone store.
Please note that concessions are unable to redeem or issue credit notes.
