(1)For purchases of £165.00 or more (after any applicable discount): for the special “no interest for six months” offer, no interest shall then be charged on qualifying purchases (excluding Cash Advance, ATM Withdrawals, Balance Transfers and Insurances) made on a valid AllSaints MasterCard for the six months following the date of purchase, provided that the purchase is of £165 or more and made either in AllSaints stores or online at www.allsaints.com. After the six month period, the standard purchase rate of interest shall then be payable on any remaining balance at the rate of interest (variable) applicable to your account until the balance is paid in full. The promotion may be withdrawn or extended by Sygma Bank UK at any time without prior notice.

(5)The amount of days you have interest free are dependent upon purchase and statement dates.
(6)We may agree to issue a Card to a person nominated by you as an Additional Cardholder. The Additional Cardholder must sign the Card on receipt. The provisions of your Credit Card Agreement also apply to any Additional Cardholder. You must ensure that any Additional Cardholder keeps to the provisions of the Credit Card Agreement. You are solely responsible for all use made by you and by the Additional Cardholder of the Card including the PIN, Card number and the Credit Card Agreement, and for all indebtedness incurred by you and the Additional Cardholder, under the Credit Card Agreement. We may decline to issue a Card to a person nominated by you without stating a reason. Additional cardholder must be aged 18 or over.
(7)Cash advance is subject to eligibility, availability of funds and account terms and conditions. A cash-handling fee of 3% or £5 (whichever is greater) applies to all cash advance transactions.
