Standard delivery time for UK deliveries is 2 - 4 working days, European deliveries are 3 - 5 days and International delivery time is between 5 - 7 days, for more details please see our Terms and Conditions section.
Online orders can only be exchanged in store for another item of the same value or higher. Full refunds on all online orders can only be issued if they are returned to the warehouse in the condition in which they were sold within 14 days of the day of delivery. Any items returned for refund after 14 days as above will be refunded via giftcard.
Customers are welcome to collect their parcels from their local DPD depot. It is important you telephone DPD first on +44 (0)844 556 0560 so that we can ensure your parcel is available to collect from the depot. When collecting your parcel you will need to have photographic identification such as a passport or driving license and a utility bill.
